Uniform Identity And Right Certification Based On PKI Technology

With the rapid development of information technology, information security in all walks of life has become increasingly important. Identity certification is just an important means in guaranteeing information security. Encrypting and signing information with certificates based on Public Key Infrastructure can keep confidential, integrated and no-denying transfers. We can also use certificates to certificate identity.The paper firstly introduces the definition, the constitution and the basic theory of PKI. On the basis of deep research on the structure of certificates which PKI used certificate identity, a fact is that general certificates are not meet the access control of application. The paper proposes a combined certificate model based on general certificate. The model combined the Role-Based access control technology in order to achieve uniform identity and right certification. Secondly, in the light of combined certificate which is not the same to general certificate, it proposes a certificate scheme used for actual application system. So combined certificate can certificate both identity and right. It also includes how to design the structure of a certificate system to meet the demand of campus information system.Finally, the paper designs a PKI system. This system not only has some core function but also has identity certificate and right certificate. So we can verify the feasibility of combined certificate. This paper gives a particular description of the structure, module makeup, certificate management and software realization of the system.
