It is a database application system, and can be used to work out transport project and transport guarantee project on the basis of a transport task and the exsisting transport situation. Its main function is to arrange the vehicles and staffs reasonably according to the requirement of transport; To improve the management and transmission of information; To provide relative data quickly and precisely needed in military transport, which helps the leaders and the railway department with the strategic decision, direction and control over a task; To strengthen the guarantee, and form a transport project and a guarantee project; And at last to get the aim of standard project, improved loading, efficient consult, and scientific strategic decision. For all above, the research subject of the thesis is urgently and practically significant. The thought of combining affairs pattern design with function pattern design can improve the flexibility, guarantee, and control of the software over data, and also endows the system more safety, conformity and relativity.
