With the appearances of huge data at information age, how utilize the original data to analysis current situation and predict futures of quantities effectively,Have already become a great challenge that the mankind has faced and to do. Therefore the data mining technology to be arisen at the historic moment and can being developed rapidly.Data mining is a process that collected and implied unknown before and potential value information from the database. It is the process that mining knowledge from the voluminous data, is a kind of new-type data analysis technology.At present, the main research field of data mining is data summarizing, classifying, the cluster, Association rule, etc. The association rule is put forward by R.Agrawal at first. It mines the successful application in the fields of commerce, education, scientific research etc, Which make it become a branch of most important and most active in data mining.The main research direction of association rule finds is the optimization of an algorithm and expansion application. The typical algorithms of association rule is Apriori that is put forward by R.Agrawal. It's key technology to be adopted extensively by other all kinds of bool association rules. However, in calculating support set which is to be selected, the algorithm would scan whole databases of circulations Apriori. With the increasing of K, not only the number of project set becomes decreased but also things that including these project sets do. Because data scale is large and is often refreshed, mining efficiency is relatively low and designing effective algorithm becomes difficult. Furthermore, in order to get the effective, steady, reliable association rule, support degree and confidence one should be adjusted. So, it is a very important research subject that how to design high-efficient renewal and maintain algorithms.The research work of this text comes from above-mentioned course. The mainly progress which was made in this thesis as following:1. Studied algorithm of Association rule in Data Mining and made an overall analysis of the classical Apriori algorithm and pointed out the committed steps and collected the deficiency of frequency algorithm in data mining. Studied the current situation of optimization algorithm of Apriori algorithm on the basis of the dividing method, on hash, on sampling method and so on. Studied the extension association rule and the technology to distill association rule after numerical data had been dispersed.
