Industrial Computed Tomography (ICT) is an advanced technology based on theprinciples of interactions between X-ray and matters and tomographic imaging theories. Ithas been applied to inspect the tomographical images of industrial assemblies. It hasvirtures of non-destruction, non-contiguity and high discernibility. With the elevation of the precision and speed up of industrial inspection 'criterion,high-precision and high-resolution CT is in dire need. Thereby, high-resolution and preciseCT turn into the hotspot of the research field in recent years. Starting from the fundamental of the CT and the influencing factor of the reconstructedimage. According as the common filtered back projection algorithm and algebraicreconstruction techniques, based on the high-precision and high-resolution reconstructionaims, the optional improved project are given. The improved project introduce the width ofthe X-ray into the back projection and the projection matrix construction algorithm. Thereby ,it makes use of the information of the projection data fully. At the same time, the projectincreasing the difficulty and complication of the algorithm. Aim at this problem, the paperbring out the idea of the reprojection and introduce this idea into the filtered back projectionalgorithm and projection matrix construction algorithm. The improved algorithm not onlymeliorate the quality of the reconstructed image, but also efficient. In allusion to reconstructing high resolution images in the limited conditions, in order toincrease the sampling frequency of the projection , this paper research and simulate CTreconstruction technique of half-pixel offset inspection conbinate the structure of chargecouple device , bring forward how to reconstruct high resolution projection data using manygroup low resolution projection data, and gain better effect.
