Research And Implement For The Distanced-Education System Of The Computer Course Based On Internet/Intranet

Due to the exploration of knowledge and insistent demand of people'sknowledge update, more and more people realize that lifelong study is morenecessary, and rapid development of message society and sharp popularizationof internet make it possible to execute distanced-education. As a computerteacher, I designed and developed the distanced-education system in order toprovide more teaching service for students through teaching practice of eightyears.On research method, I firstly have a deep research about thought ofdistanced-education in which student and study should be center, and not teacherand teaching. On the basis of the theory, I analyze students' demand andteaching service for students in distanced-education.Second I have researched WEB making technology that is popular today.By comparing them, I adopted WWW and ASP technology for this system.This paper analyzes the designing thought and the realizing method of thedistanced-education system of the computer course based on Internet/Intranet.The system will help teachers to give lessons,assign and check homework,answer questions,set and mark test papers and students can take the course,doand submit homework,take exams,put forward and discuss questions withteachers in the browser through the system.
