With the development of economy the scope of electric system becomes largerand larger. Transmission line of great capacity and long distance has been built up andput into use. As an important component of electric system, whether aerial conductorsafe or not effects the electric system directly. Conductor is carrier of electric power,which is in field and open-air condition for long time. It is effected by naturalcondition such as wind, rain, ice, snow and frost and so on. So the line is easy to bedamaged. Accident caused by vibration of conductor is often happened, especial thevibration of gentle breeze intimidated the safe of line all the time .so shockproofdesign had been paid attention by scientists all the world. Shockproof design good ornot has directly related to the safe of line.The main purpose of this paper is to build the database management system forshockproof design, so design can rid out of complex handbook. It can reduce the timeof design and realize computer design. It has an important practical meaning andvaluable to improve shockproof design.This paper analyzes the condition of shockproof design for the transmissionline. Then puts forward the significance of developing database managementsystem. It inquires into methods of building database, a mode of database accessand applying structured query language. Based on the above principles, wedesigned and developed the database management system. Different shockproofcomponents build different parameter databases. These databases can fulfillsequence, query report and count. It offers some parameters and datum. Inaddition, we fully considered the security of the system, and the technology oferror-processing.
