Corporate Income Tax Administrative System Based On WEB

This paper researches and develops the corporate income tax management software in common use of State and Locality taxation. This software is that a set of enterprises declares and pays the corporate income tax through Internet, with computers, suitable for all corporate income tax taxpayers. The development of this software uses the Unified Software Development Process, is urged with usecase, the component of the software, through defining the interface defined joins and builds each other. It makes all blueprints with the Unified Modeling Language through develop course. This system adopts three layers of B/S based on Web to build up, the software has been divided into four levels from logic: client, Web server, application server, and data server. The client is mainly responsible for human-computer interaction , include some data, figures of the relation and interface operation; Web server is responsible for the centralized management to the application of client mainly; Application server is responsible for application logic centralized management, namely transaction processing mainly; Data server is responsible for data memory, organization and distributed management, backup and synchronization of the database mainly. The design component of this software includes three big classes of interface , control , entity mainly. Designing the result to show in UML, all designs will be realized with Java, use Java Applet in the page design to raise the mutual ability and the dynamic execute ability of Web page. Detailed design result include usecase diagram , sequence diagram , flow chart for software function , system framework, the interface of users, the structure of the database, the function of the module and realize, etc. This system adopts Oracle database system, guarantee the security of the database through authority assignment, backup, log, recovery, etc. The system satisfies the requirement of the city and lower level revenues for the standardization management of the corporate income tax basically. It achieves the goal to manage data effectively and develop operation abroad with Internet. The enterprises manage the corporate income tax independently and the revenues manage the corporate income tax normatively by network, so the management of the corporate income tax can be hugely predigested with the quite cheap cost.
