Based on the platform of the finite element analysis software ANSYS, this paper discusses the methods to build the finite element three-dimensional solid model, which is used to analyze EMI phenomenon of the power electronic devices.First, according to the structural characteristics of the ordinary circuit elements such as inductor, capacitor, resistance, diode, MOSFET, finite length wires and so on, the models of these elements were built by means of the layer and segment combinative method, and some theoretic analysis and experiments were implemented to demonstrate the correctness of these models.Then the convenient ANSYS simulation method and the consequent treatment method were studied. By compiling the universal program, the space model was built for the universal circuit and the some quantitative electromagnetic analysis were made. The analysis results prove the rationality and validity of the simulation model. Because of the power electronics EMI problem literature report from the magnetic distribution angel of quantitative analysis is lack. Above research works make a foundation for further studying EMI problem of the power electronic devices and are of academically and application worthiness.
