Nowadays, Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) is widely used in numerous military fields. As we know AUV has a main job——laying mines, and it also needs another important function of autonomous self-rescue whenever at stake. At the background of developing the autonomous self-rescue simulation system for Department of Military Equipments, which is one of the important project preview researched in the tenth "Five-year Plan", this paper discusses and researches in several aspects which are given below: 1. Being the important part of the autonomous self-rescue simulation system, sensors are all developed by ourselves, so at first we need test and choose the sensors,which can provide most steady signal for this system when they are submerged. 2. 24 sensors provide 24 digital signals,so many channels signals relate to multi-sensors signal inosculation technology, we will discuss how to use the technology in this system 3. Base on the singal-chip computer PIC16F876, go into particulars hardware design and software realization for leakage detection and singal simulation system and drive system. 4. Decision-making system adopt VxWorks embedded operating system for its software development, this paper will expound decision-making software design. Finally, the software debugging, hardware testing and experiment are introduced. Results of the experiment indicate that the control system is reliable and satisfies demands. The equipment can be applied to real engineering.
