This paper aimed at the non-linear objects with time delay, and studied their intel-ligent control strategy. It was validated by liquid temperature control on a hybridizationoven based on embedded operating system. By a deep understanding of the schedulingrule of the embedded operating system, we wrote many control algorithm programs,such as common PID control, predictive control, neural network control, etc. By testing,analyzing and comparing these strategies and intrinsic fuzzy-precompensation PID con-trol strategy, we combined ladder generalized predictive control strategy with neuralnetwork control techniques, and put forward a complex intelligent control strategy fi-nally, ---a neural network forecast deviation compensation control strategy based ondamping least twain multiplicative. Better control result was gained by simulation inMATLAB and practical test. It was proved that this control strategy was good fornon-linear objects with time delay, and could be applied in great industry course by ad-justing and extending parameter and concerned simulations.
