This paper has designed a transporting and evaluating system of condition monitoring about high voltage electric equipments. It includes: research on multi-verification frame structure, research on compensation algorism for synchronous sampling, research on condition evaluation, using neural network to predict the future tendency of condition of equipments, and annexing soft-switch functions into data center.In order to resolve how to transport the data on RS485 bus stably, this paper designed a frame structure from sampling terminal to GPRS terminal, which contains multi-verification bits. The upper side of sampling subsystem can use the verification bits to carry on length-verification, address-verification, and odd verification. Through these verifications, the system can insure the correctness of the frame.As result of the dynamic changes of frequency on electric power networks, considering how to do the synchronous insulation computing has become a critic problem. Author has adapted the fundamental wave separated algorism by involving the asynchronous effects. By comparing the results, this adapted algorism was deemed to be useful to cut down the total odds on synchronous insulation computing.Author needed to consider how to realize the computerized condition evaluations. Methods adopted should be established on the basis of current criterion for electric power equipments which should be revised firstly. This paper designed a weighted average algorism for evaluation. Apart from evaluation, this paper also used a way in which the future tendency for equipments can be predicted. The paper imported a RBF neural network to achieve the ability of prediction.At last, focusing on how to annex the soft-switch function partially into the data center, this paper conducted a redevelopment to realize the voice communication.
