The Research Of Vehicle Routing Problem In Oil Distribution

Vehicle Routing and Scheduling Problem is a key ring in logistics. Optimizing the routing and scheduling of vehicle will increase the economical benefit of logistics and realize the scientific logistics. So it has been an open problem and the front of Operational Research and Combinatorial Optimization.In the whole logistics system of petrochemical industry, there is a great difference in the management of oil logistics between our country and developed countries. Establishing the modern oil distribution system becomes a direction of the development. On this background, this paper carries on emphasized research on the transportation route optimization that has great influence on cost of the distribution system on the basis of summarizing introduction logistics distribution.In this paper, the question of Vehicle Routing and Scheduling Problem in reality is changed into the mathematics model and a tab search algorithm and a genetic algorithm that are used to solve the vehicle scheduling problem of non-full loads are putted forward. These two algorithms have good robustness and are easy to combine with other heuristic algorithms, so they have good application perspective. Finally, the business of management system of the gas stations based on network for Wuhan Iron and Steel Plant Supply Company is taken as the target and how to establish the networking retail management and scheduling optimization system has been studied.Now the study of oil distribution system as a new field is in an early phase. This subject will have certain theoretic and practical value in the research.
