For which solve the problems in the resource purvey that is the net-congestion and netsafety and active purvey. The people expect the scholars can study a new way who hasintelligence purvey ability.(viz.Intelligence Purvey System.IPS).It can solve all of theproblems absolutely and completely. So it arouse the recognition of all aspects that studing inthe domain of resource purvey. It became a important domain in the IPS that the study of pathscheduling method based on the muli-Agent technology. The problem of path scheduling isthe shortest path between the jumping-off and end-point in the internet.because theinformation of each path change at any moment.the size of resource stream changed too in thedifferent time-segment.It make the problem became complex and difficulty that the timelyand dynamic character. Firstly we study hard for the arithmetic of the resource purvey in and out of my country. And based on it we bring out a new arithmetic of dynamic path scheduling which based onthe muli-agent technology.we perfect the arithmetic combining with the QoS estimatefunction and dynamic path guidance system.the arithmetic of the best path selected is the veryimportant subobject in the dynamic path guidance system. The object of the path guidancesystem is the course of resource stream. It include a lot of uncertain factor and fuzzy factor. So we bring out three trustful function including Bandwidth and Hop count and Delay. Usingthese function we select some of paths which have the biggese value of those truseful function. Then using the guidance system in every agent we select again in the some of paths that wehave selected erewhile. And find out the best path. Lastly. We bring out the disadvantage ofthis arithmetic and the direction of development in the future.
