As one of the five functions of the campus net management (configuration management, performance management, fault management, security management, accounting management), accounting management plays a very important role in this field. Therefore, using mathematic model to describe the campus accounting management gateway system can result in the best parameter design and undoubtedly has economical value and practical significance.This dissertation consists of three parts. Firstly, the queueing theory (also called random service system) is used in the campus net management, accordingly mutiple service window loss system M/M/n/n queueing model parameter computation is established and realized by editing with the GUI of MATLAB. Secondly, the practical data of the campus net management of one university in Chongqing Municipal City was collected, actually analyzed in the model, and then got correlation technological index. Finally, a further optimizing of the M/M/n/n queueing model is made, and also we build and discuss the mutiple service window loss system M/M/n/n model aimed at dealing with the impatient customers. |
