IntroductionThe Management Information System (MIS) is a system combinedwith people and computers. It can collect, pass, store, process andmake use of the information. With the development of technology, theinformational process of enterprise becomes an efficiency method inorder to stay ahead. Human resource management system is a typicalmanagement information system. It can offer the information and datatimely and completely, reduce the statistics, and give the different reportto different people. It can also forecast the future according to the pastinformation. So it is important to adopt an appropriate method toadvance the efficiency and meet the need of the human resourcemanagement which has the function of distributing event management. This text introduces a human resource management system based onJ2EE. The system possesses the good expansibility and userexperience because it uses the AJAX technology to restore the datadynamically.Groundwork of this textThe Human Resource Management System based on J2EE thatthis text studies is a software development project which is took up byWorksoft Creative Software Technology Company. It has resolved thebig problems of employee record, attendance information and salaryinformation. These problems are existed widely in the enterprisemanagement. The system adopts the mature and advanced technology. It is based on J2EE which ensures the stability, reliability, security andstandardization. It chooses the pattern of B/S and sustains many kindsof operating system and database. We discuss the technology of AJAXto restore the data dynamically so that the system has the good userexperience. This full text divides into seven chapters altogether:Chapter one is the introduction. This chapter states the limitation ofthe present enterprise management. Through introducing andcomparing the situation of the management information system in theworld at present, we point out the source of the thesis. Finally, we willintroduce the content and structure of this text.Chapter two is the research of J2EE and AJAX technology of theHuman Resource Management System. Through comparing the pastweb technology, we come to a conclusion that AJAX have greatersuperiority and better prospect in the aspect of lightening the serverload and improving the user experience. The following chapters introduce the whole process of the HumanResource Management System from requirement analysis, design, coding and testing in a software engineering standpoint. Chapter threemainly analyses the function and non-function requirement from theaspects of human management, attendance management and salarymanagement. This chapter establishes the well foundation to the designand coding of the system. Chapter four designs the system structure, modules, database and security particularly. Chapter five is therealization of the salary management subsystem. It includes databaseand the salary arithmetic realization. In addition, we give an example ofadding the salary item and coding the client part and server part in orderto refresh the page dynamically. Chapter six is the introduction of testingprocess in the practical environment. We analyze the superiority of thesystem from the performance and veracity.Chapter seven summarizes full text. This chapter points out theinnovation of this text, and put forward the main research direction ofHuman Resource Management System in the future. Now the system has passed the test and run in practical in theenterprise. It has realized the statistical analysis of the employee record, attendance, and salary information. In addition, it has some shortcomingin the course of implementation:1. The informational process of enterprise is a large project atpresent. We don't integrate the Human Resource Management Systemwith Finance Management System and Office automation System. Wewill integrate three systems to together in the following stage in order topush forward the informational process of enterprise.2. Through the technology of AJAX have showed the greatsuperiority in the aspects of lightening the server load and improvinguser experience, we consider that, as a new technology, it isn't perfectand exists risk apply to the practice. We should make an intensive studyof the AJAX.
