3G is technology of third generation, it link wirelesscommunications and Internet. 3G can deal with image, musicWeb, conference call, electron commerce and so on.China mobiledomain bring forward own standard TD-SCDMA, gained certificateof ITU,and it became one of the mainstream standard.It work underTDD,it adopt Smart Antenna,Joint Detection,ULSC,CDMA and soon,people can satisfy with 3G.3G come true a dream: mobile video frequency/multimediacommunications.Communication of human is direct to mobile andmultimedia.With the develop of 3G,People believe 3G is the bestchoice.But TV program of mobile telephone is not clarity.Oncea man watch TV by CDMA mobile telephone,the video is bad,the TVprogram like play slide.So the work of discourse is choose image compress in mobiletelephone, I investigate a means of image compress by wavelete,for advance impact of mobile TV .MPEG-4 is a standard of videostandard sustain by 3G system,so I investigate MPEG-4 andstress arithmetic of wavelete.I implement a mean of static stateby wavelete.The result make know compress rate is advance:achieve efficiency of encoding, like: compressing rate ofbrea_cif.yuv is 123.75:1,compressing rate of stef_cif.yuv isalso 18.3:1.This compress rate is suit video frequencytransfers.The study get the advice of Chunguang Zhou teacher.This discourse first introduce survey of mobile communicatesystem and standard of image compress, in the end, bring forwardeffect of imgae of mobile telephone is not fine, so educe meaningof textual.Then discourse is about application of MPEG-4 in 3G.Firstsum up arithmetic of image compress like: Huffman encoding, Artencoding, run-length encoding and so on. Then analyse MPEG-4,discuss about ME/MC arithmetic,texture encoding.In the end fromthree aspect analyse: resynchronization, data recovery and errorconcealment.Because realize video by wavelet in MPEG-4 So analyseencoding of nature video, at first wavelet compressing is veryimportant in MPEG-4,then study Wavelet video encoding, introducestep of arithmetic and labor code. For nature video analyse code:code of vop, code of figure, code of grain,and so on.In endanalyse result:MPEG-4 is space zoom and time field zoom. Zoomis realize by information, encoding is little, code flow is basefloor. It gives the base of next badge.The discourse analyse video coding of nature:Video Object,coding of Video Object, coding of figure,coding of grain,codingof journey,coding of Sprite. Static state texture encoding cancode by wavelet compressing, this can give better zoom.
