Research And Application Of Public Security Defense Control System Based In Northwestern City On Defensible Space Theory

At present, aimed at all kinds of illegal criminal activities happened in city frequently, it is a hotspot in research field of security defense how to construct city security defense system according with local situations and how to apply technique defense ways to assure the implement of city security defense system. Based on the layout of city public security defense system in JinChang, GanSu, and city alarm and supervise system in experimental building in Zhang Ye, GanSu, The thesis designed a northwestern city public security defense control system based on Defensible Space Theory and information network, characterized by each system organic interaction.At first, based on Defensible Space Theory put forward by western scholar Newman, The thesis brought forward the four-aspect strategy of constructing city Defensible Space by technique ways after analyzing security situations of northwestern cities. In northwestern cities, we can construct city public security defense system by kinds of technique defense ways to build Defensible Space as to the thesis. The thesis put forward system total scheme and structure module, and carried on structure analyzing and configuration designing of ten subsystems including network video picture supervise, "three stations in one "receive and handle alarm, road monitoring and manage, integrated communication command and attemper, online automatic alarm, electronic patrol, digital taping, GIS, GPS, assistant decision-making large-scale database and so on. Finally, the thesis analyzed the feasibility and practical value of popularizing city public security defense system in northwestern cities, and introduced the actual application of the system in JinChang, Gansu.The research results are: integrated modern every mature technical scheme such as computer, network, communication, geographical information and so on, combining with economic conditions, security requirement, city layout, information resources in northwestern cities nowadays, brought forward four strategies of using kinds of technique defense ways to construct city Defensible Space, brought forward a kind of technical layout and collocate scheme using lots of technique defense ways to construct city public security defense system, with good universality and engineer generalizing value.
