Recently, robot-soccer competition, as a kind of intentional high-technology activity, was developed widely. Including high and new technology, entertainment and competition, it attracts abroad attentions and interests of society after recent years. Soccer robot System refers to robot, computer vision, radio communication, automation control theory, optimization control, intelligent agency design and multi-agent cooperation, etc. It not only is typical intelligent robot system, but also provides a vivid researching model for studying multi-intelligent agency system;therefore, it closely combines theory and practice.Basically, soccer robot system consists of four subsystems: Vision Subsystem, Strategy Subsystem, Robot Car Subsystem and Radio Communication Subsystem. The representation of the dolly directly presents the performance of the robot system. To meet the need of campaign, some design requirements should be meet. Firstly, the size must less than 7.5cmx7.5cmx7.5cm. Secondly, the performance of straight-line motion and turning should be perfect;besides, flexible response;good stability;anti jamming;maintainability and low manufacturing cost.The paper respectively describes robot car's total performance and request, the machine structures and bodyworks of the robot sub-system, the design of parts, radio communication module, the CPU unit choice, the receiving module piece, thecontrol software, etc. The thesis makes use of the dummy method, innovation designs and finite element designs to carry on the design to XI type robot soccer sub-system, these modern design raise the efficiency of engineering design, shortened to design the period. In design process, this topic adopts the entity modeling of tridimensional parameters software Pro/ E to carry on the analysis and designs to the robot subsystem. Obtain the weight, center of gravity position, the moment of inertia, and the quantity matrixes of the design target.The robot soccer car's sub-system work environment is complicated and bad, being subjected to come from the various interference and impact, to the request of credibility of the robot sub-system very high. The topic adopts a design thought on the traditional analytical method foundation, making use of the ANSYS to carry on the dependability analysis to the robot soccer sub-system, getting the maximum stress value that is 198 MPa, proved the design of paper satisfy dependability design.
