As an interface which could be accessed with XML format message through internet, WEB Service describes a series of operations capable to be accessed. Since its birth, WEB Service spread quickly because of its opening, standard and simplicity, which changes the way where based on internet application develop. WEB Services composition is kind of distributive developing framework, which could construct a new WEB service based on the present WEB services. In the Enterprises Application Integration, as a hot issue worthy being studied, process integration is an indispensable part. Being associated with many application systems, Enterprise process ask these applications to cooperate with each other correctly. But because the interfaces and architecture are not consistent with each other, these applications, which should be tied together intensively, become information islands one by one. The issue of how to abstract the low layer application's logic and message component so that users could develop complex business system cross several applications is the key point to the problem above. And WEB Services composition is an ideal solution to that. In this paper, WEB Services composition based on BPEL is mainly discussed, which could help create information system cross business applications conveniently and effectively.Firstly WEB Service and WEB Services composition are introduced in detail, and then some basic knowledge involved in this paper is presented, including ontology and BPEL. Next aiming at the Heterogeneity problem which WEB Services composition faces, the semantic annotation based on ontology for WEB Services is given. And the design and realization of the WEB Services composition platform is introduced. In the end of this paper, in order to prove the validity of this platform, a dynamic electronic business system based on SOA is given, which is developed with the aid of this platform.
