ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) is an advanced mode of enterprise managing in the world. Using it we can strengthen the competition of our enterprise and accelerate the development. It is the advanced network technology in the ERP system, so the information security is important for the ERP system.Based on the information security problem in ERP system, the characteristics of information, the application circumstances of security technology in ERP system and the existing security-hidden problem are analyzed. Four kinds of commonly used information security technology-data encryption technology, digital signature technology, authentication technology and firewall protection, are discussed in detail.Especially the permutation code algorithm of symmetrical encryption, RSA algorithm of unsymmetrical encryption MD5 algorithm of digital digest used for digital signature and their security are analyzed. At last combined with the pattern characteristics and system structure of ERP system, an implementing plan of information encryption technology used in ERP system is put forward, to protect the transmission security of information in ERP system.The author carried out a hybrid encryption protocol which is suitable for information security transmission in ERP system with permutation code, RSA and MD5 algorithm. The author puts forward an implementing method, operational process and system structure of information encryption technology used in ERP system, and the operating effects and projects which need further research and discussion were finally given.
