Analyse And Research On Time Delay In Network Control System

With the development of computer network technology, control systembased on network begin to be widely used, the communications between thecontrol units of industrial control system is turning from Point-to-Point modelto BUS model. Such network control system reduces the complexity ofstructure of the system, and improves the reliability of system. However, itinduces different time-delay to the control system, and will take bad affect tothe system. Analysis of the affect from network-induced delay becomes theproblem that the control system has to face. This paper takes background of the900t girder transporter, and focus on the affect to control system which takenby network-induced delay of the network and the countermeasure to the affect.First, the paper introduces the composition of 900T girder transporter isintroduced. Three types of network structures are analyzed. The CAN bus'smedium access control theory and the structure of different layers areemphasized. Second, the composition of network-induced delay of CAN buscontrol system is analyzed, the network's measurement guideline is broughtforward, the relation between the guideline and the preferment of network issummarized. In order to improve the performance of the network controlsystem with time delay, this paper bright forward time-triggered CAN busaccess control scheme, analyze the performance of the time triggered CANcontrol system, and emulates the system of 900t girder transporter with timetriggered CAN system. As the inspection of research, this paper make up of atest system in the last, and test the performance of the stander CAN bus and thetime triggered CAN bus.
