Since multielectrode electrical-resistivity system has been introduced in China,many companies such as China Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources havedevoted themselves into the development of this method's theory,technology andinstrument. The development of instrument divides into three kinds: mechanicalelectrode conversion switch,electronical electrode conversion switch and distributedintellectualized multielectrode electrical-resistivity system. But at presentmultielectrode electrical-resistivity system can only realize arrangement of electrodesat one time, and then by usage of electrode conversion equipment automaticallyrealize serial measurement of multi-electrode combinations. The data that instrumenthas acquired are like an inverse triangle, and the two ends of the section exists manydata blankness, leading to absence of resistivity information. Because that instrumentadopts serial communication, the whole course needs a lot of time, and the efficiencyis very low.In order to make up the shortage of the traditional multielectrodeelectrical-resistivity system, We will design and realize a kind of new multielectrodeelectrical-resistivity system which uses a kind of optimized four-electrode equipmentcongregate according to configuration electrode numbers,electrode spacing,uniformhalf-space. Because that instrument adopts parallel communication, the efficiency isvery high and the resistivity information is greatly integrated.The paper contains seven chapters. The first chapter introduces Visual C++ serialcommunication technology including the basic conception of serial communication,principle and application of AD/DA conversion , Windows Open ServicesArchitectures;the second chapter introduces the development of multielectrodeelectrical-resistivity system;from the third chapter to the end they are the core of thepaper, which detail introduce the collectivity design idea,the design and realizationmethod of software and hardware circuit of the new kind of multielectrodeelectrical-resistivity system,the debugging process,the conclusion and suggestion.The hardware circuit of the new kind of multielectrode electrical-resistivitysystem is very simple and the software is very convenient for the user to run it andanalyze the data on time in the field.
