In the field of image processing, the technology of super resolution reconstruction and image compression are maturely developed. In order to meet the increasing demand of reconstructing one or a sequence of high resolution image from compressed video, this paper focuses on following three aspects: Studied the compression process, which involves the move compensation, discrete cosine transform(DCT), quantification, and then simplified and realized the encoder of MPEG-4. POCS algorithm is studied the in spatial field. Applied the POCS algorithm in transform domain, which shows that this method can effectively banish the quantification noise, and is better than directly reconstructing the decompressed video, especially when the compression ratio is high.
