On the basis of weak scintillation phase screen theory, signal intensity power spectra have been studied in this dissertation. The main topics and results of the study are as follows:First, if the random field is approximated as frozen and the frozen field is isotropic, the expression of intensity frequency power spectrum can be written into two parts, one part without fluctuations and the other is the part that causes the fluctuations. On the high frequencies, the part without fluctuation is simplified into an analytic expression. The spectrum index can be got using the expression.Second, only the velocity of drift affects the frequency at which the power spectrum reaches the first minimum. So the drift velocity can be got though the first minimum. Then the expression, consisting of the outer scale, the thickness of the irregular slab and the rms electron density fluctuation, can be got further.Third, by analyzing the correlation of the information from three stations, the drift velocity can be got too.Fourth, a simply statistics of the occurrence rate of scintillation on GPS L1 frequency at Haikou station is displayed in this dissertation.
