Mining The User Traversal Patterns

Web Data Mining, including web structure mining , web content mining and webusage mining ,is a import research field of data mining. The web usage mining getsthe web user access patterns by analyzing the access information recorded by theclient the proxy and the web server. The result of web usage mining can be used toreform the structure of the web site, facilitate users' browsing and help to config theweb server's resource.Data Warehouse is a form of data decision, which is subjected-oriented ,integrated , stable ,and time variant collection of data in support of managementdecision. We analysis the concept, structure , design model and design methods ofData Warehouse in this paper.Sequential pattern mining is import field of data mining. In this paper weintroduce the main sequential pattern mining algorithm and give a impoved Preefixspan algorithm.We use a fact constellation schema to establish a Data Warehouse and then toapply OLAP on it. Finally we implement the sequential pattern mining algorithm onthe Data Warehouse and analysis the data mining results.
