Image Segment Compression Based Bi-orthogonal Wavelet In The Rectangle Fields

In this paper we educe multi-resolution analysis and multi-scale space in the binary rectangle field and construct their scale function and wavelet function, together with their dual function, and expound the theorem of using bi-orthogonal wavelet in the rectangle field to compress segmentation image and showed the calculation steps.
