Study And Application Of The Technology In The Text Interpretation For The Supervisal Of The Law Execution In Police Dept

With the development of the social information technology, people are so eager to communicate with the computer by natural language. Natural Language Understanding is one of the most challenging problems in the computer science, and it is also one breakthrough of the new generation computer. More and more countries in the world are paying attention to its research, and text understanding belongs to the applications of the natural language understanding.Now so many organizations, no matter they are business enterprises, research institutes, or government departments, are facing a great deal of information to deal with. How to help the users locate and deliver information is one big aim of information management. The research object in this paper is the Chinese text used to describe the details of a case, and we discussed the methods for text classification in natural language understanding, and realized the text automatic classification according to the contents.In this paper we described the basic principles of text classification, main algorithms and technologies in each phase of text classification, and then made some comparisons. We improved the algorithm of text feature extraction, and also introduced the latent semantic analysis used to information selection, which can decrease the dimensions of text vector space and improve the classification performance. A primary automatic classification system for the legal text was completed in this paper.
