| Nowadays, embedded system is found everywhere. You can find it in cars, microwave oven, PDA, TV. It is also very useful in these areas: industrial control, communication, aviation, instrument, and consumption product, etc.Embedded system is consumer-oriented, product-oriented and application-oriented, so, to study the design of embedded system, this paper gives an example —Welding seam tracking system based on embedded real-time operation system μC/OS-Ⅱ and 32-bit ARM microprocessor. The welding seam tracking system is aiming at making arc robot can immediately identify the welding seam as well as seam tracking when the deviation occurs, so as to improve the intelligence of the arc robot.This paper firstly introduces basal knowledge of embedded system, embedded OS and embedded MPU. And then the paper analyses how to design the hardware and software of embedded system. And in succession the paper elaborates the technology details of it. The deficiency of the welding seam tracking system and the way to improve it are expatiated at the end of the paper. |
