The Research Of Secure Technologies For SOAP Messages Transfer And Implementation Of Encryption For SOAP

SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol), the basis of Web Service transport protocol, plays an important role in the implementation of Web Service security. Inspired by SOAP design thought, we tried to utilize available security technologies to design a SOAP message transfer security frame and then implement the key technology in it.First the paper analyzed the security guarantees which security technologies can provide and their problems. We constructed a SOAP message transfer security frame by combining these technologies, and further, we discussed its security capabilities according to the security requirements.Then according to XML Encryption Requirements of W3C,we put forward the system framework of SOAP encryption. We put the framework on SOAP layer as an extended module and implemented SOAP encryption by JCE.In the final chapter, we summarized the work. Also we proposed some problems to be analyzed and solved in further work.
