The creditability of software is mainly embodied in terms of behaviors. The monitoring of software behavior, the evaluation of trust relationship and the control of abnormal behaviors are used more and more by many specialists and scholars to ensure computer system processes under the condition of security. Due to the dynamics, accumulativeness, randomness and portability of the credibility of software behavior, it is required that the evaluation of the credibility of software behavior must be objective, and the trust evaluation and management system based on software behavior monitoring are built through monitoring behaviors in the running software behavior, collecting the relative data of credibility and verifying whether the software behavior meeting the rules of behaviors or not.As the software plays more and more important roles in today's information society and the software credibility including reliability, safety and security is more and more strongly required, the dynamic trust evaluation of software has become a key and difficult issue in the information security filed. Aiming at these problems, this paper proposes a Dynamic Trust Evaluation Model of Software Behavior Based on Extended Subjective Logic (DTEMSB-ESL). The model introduces Trace of Software Behavior (TSB) to describe the Software Behavior (SB); TSB consists of Operation Trace of Software Behavior (OTSB) and Function Trace of Software Behavior (FTSB). OTSB is the operation sequences of the running software, which can be denoted by ordered Check Point vectors; FTSB is depicted by a series of scenes with the ability of characterizing the software functions. In order to solve the problem of dynamic trustworthiness of running software, Subject Logic of J?sang is extended, which includes turning basic elements (Basic Rate and Uncertainty Factor, etc.) into dynamic ones from space and time. Finally, a simulation experiment is used to demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of the model.
