Image reconstruction is an interesting and important subject in both astronomyand astrophysics. In spite of the absence of astronomical seeing caused by atmosphericturbulence, the space telescope is strictly limited on scale and quantity. As a resultto reconstruct astronomical image from speckle images obtained via the earth-basedtelescopes is necessary. The author surveyed image reconstruction methods aimed at speckle images andmethods to simulate the speckle images. Then the author tested typical reconstructionmethods and introduces those methods in his dissertation. On the other hand a recon-structionmethodbasedonKalmanfilterandcontainingphysicalconstraintsisproposedand tested with both simulated and real data by the author in his dissertation. While toconstrast with it the Kalman filter based reconstruction method without physical con-straints is also illustrated. The Kalman filter based reconstruction with physical constraints shows positiveprospect. Some unexpected phenomena should be investigated and the possible prob-lems should be solved in future. In addition using Kalman filter to analyze the qualityof the reconstruction will also be researched.
