Wireless location technology originated from military research, is to capture and analyze enemy radio communications, in order to understand the enemy's command center location, troop deployment and mobilization of the major means of electronic surveillance and confrontation. This article is based on a multipolar circular array in the form of background, the sky wave signal polarization uncertain DOA estimation. From a single polarization array composed of multi-polar array that can form arbitrary polarization of the signal DOA estimation, inferred from the array for missing issues, simulation results show that the loss of part of the array element of the array still DOA estimates and the ability to distinguish incoming wave signal, signal to noise ratio the greater the loss of the smaller array.Angle estimation using MUSIC algorithm, the SNR and snapshots of the DOA estimation results have a significant impact, the greater the number of snapshots, signal to noise ratio the greater the angle estimation error is smaller; single snapshots of the parameter indicators are poor, it is also a traditional MUSIC algorithm for DOA estimation in a large number of snapshots when the accumulation of defects; can be used to simplify the form of a multipolar circular array, reducing the number of array elements, the estimated effect of the pitch angle variation.MUSIC algorithm is high for the defects of the MUSIC algorithm using ESPRIT algorithm and the combination of methods to improve it. No weighting by uniform circular array and Receiving Polarization waves when the phase of the pattern space and the formation of the virtual linear array, theoretical analysis and validated using ESPRIT algorithm is effective on the azimuth signal for an accurate estimate on this basis, using MUSIC algorithm receive data for one-dimensional search, is estimated to wave signal pitch. ESPRIT algorithm and the joint use of MUSIC DOA estimation algorithm can guarantee an accurate estimation of wave angle while reducing computation.This is a multi-polar circular array based on the angle estimation, the main condition for the single-source, multi-resolution source of the problem is the next major work.
