LVPCN(Low Voltage Power line Carrier Network) uses the low voltage and the medium voltage networks as communication support. A large number of node installed in the power line constitute network by self-organization. It does not require additional link investments which can shorten network's construction period and cost of network greatly. It has great potential market in smart home network, Intelligent Electric Grid, Industrial Control and so on.The network of power supply is not designed for data transmission originally, its channel is harsh for data communication due to electric noise and interference, and variability depending on the appliances that are in use from time to time. This paper presents a new solution to medium access control(TSMA/RT) for LVPCN, it based on time-slot and purpose to reduce the collision in utmost level in order to improve the real-time of communication and MAC protocol's stability. In order to reduce the collision, the protocol adopts three mechanism. It based period-access channel to lessen "line collision", uses priority and random backoff to reduce collision further more. In order to ensure real time performance of data transmission, it introduces a new mechanism named dynamic priority. The priority of data packet will be increased by one when data transmission failed. In last of paper we verify feasibility of the protocol in the simulation experiments.
