With the development of science and technology, various kinds of power electronic products have been applied more and more. Yet the measurement for these products usually apply slip line rheostat and resistance box etc. as load. These load employ level adjustment, both resistance and load characteristic curve are fixed, the form of load is single, and the power is small. All the power input these load is consumed, causing economic waste and the load occupy a certain installation space. Therefore, in order to increase productivity in power test system, electronic load play an important role.PID control refers to the proportion, integral and differential control, is one of the first developed control strategy. After years of renewal, PID control has been development. Some complicated control system usually be composed of PID control, order device, logic, selector and some more simple function blocks. The combination of some complicated intelligent control algorithm with classic PID control strategy, obviously, the control effect is better than pure PID control strategy.In computer control appear, the original analog PID transform into today's digital PID control, the digital PID controller show parameters flexible adjustment, algorithm diverse and simple advantages. But for the object or process with complicated nonlinear characteristics, the digital PID control couldn't achieve satisfactory results. On the basis of the traditional PID control algorithm, fuzzy PID controller is designed, and the fuzzy PID auto-tuning control system is simulated, the achieved simulation effect is very good. In addition, this paper also probes into the neural network control method based on neurons, the neural network control is a control method with nonlinear mapping ability, learning ability and adaptive ability, it do not depend on model. Combine the incremental PID algorithm to achieve auto-tuning of control parameters, and use Matlab software programming realize the whole model control simulation. The electronic load system using NN PID controller has faster response speed and strong anti-jamming ability, and dynamic characteristics is good as well.
