Attendance System Based On Gait Toching Information

Biometrics technology is based on people's unique physical characteristics or behavior to uniquely identify the individual. As an emerging science, biometric technology has been into all facets of social life deeply, giving the public safety assurance and has been A recognized identification technology. Gait is a typical and cyclical habit of human and is difficult to hide. Compared with traditional biometrics, gait recognition with those character which need't work together, can't easily be detected. At the same time,it would't trouble the conners. Gait recognition is going to become a new hotspot.In this paper, we design and implemente an attendance system which contains about 100 samples.The system is designed in the three-dimensional force plate and the biometric authentication algorithm based on gait touching information.It contains many functions:1. Divison of authority , management of privileges and passwords of administrator ,data encryption.2. The data collection through multi-process,data monitoring synchronization, personel indentification and effective data storage when data collecting.3. The biometric authentication algorithm based on plantar pressure and ground reaction.(1) Decompose the valid data using wavelet packet decomposition.(2) Feature Selecting using a fuzzy c-means (FCM) clustering algorithm and building the best model.(3) Classify the data using support vector machine.(4) Build many models and select the model reasonable.4. Manage the personal datas and attendance records using Access Database system. Provide the Interface for user. Control the datas. Show and Print the records.The system is tested in the laboratory. On the one hand,It tests the accuracy of the algorithm, on the other hand, It can replace the artificial attendance.After test, the system works well.While it provides the basis for the algorithm research,it simples the flow of attendace.
