As the development of customers' requirements in Internet environment, the services which used to reduce the costs of Internet management needed more resources in developments and deployments. The services developments and deployments based cloud computing is one of the important technologies to reduce the costs. Cloud computing is the evolution of gird computing, distributed computing and parallel computing. Dynamic resource distributing,automatic deployment and configuration of services according to the requirements are the characters of cloud computing. Currently, major giants of Internet has launched a lot of resources into cloud computing.The key technologies of virtual machine monitoring and service deployment are researched in this paper.A mass of virtual machines are deployed in cloud environment and the amount of virtual machines make it hard to gain the information of machines' state. An architecture which contains three levels is designed to fetch the information, and the triple levels which use heartbeat message to gain the information can response each other. To monitoring the targets and get the messages of virtual machines' state and load, the Xen's virtual machine load information gathering mechanism is improved in this architecture.In order to schedule resources and deploy services much better by the users who have multiple software environments which are close to virtual machines, we put forward a load balance algorithm based on multistage queue and through the comparative experiments with the polling algorithm and weighted equalization algorithm to verify the effectiveness of our algorithm.This paper presents a virtual machine condition monitoring and service deployment strategies with software services, computing virtualization, location transparent, interactive pervasive characteristics are mainly for large-scale service development and deployment fields. We realized our system framework and implementation strategies under the 863 subjects Solucking platform through the development on the open Eclipse platform.
