For a long time, the contradictions between the inefficiency of software development and the high cost of software development and between the industrialization of information products and the high demand of information products are increasingly prominent. Although modern software engineering discipline guides people in the area of the software industrialization into a new era, there are still large gaps compared to the rapid economic development of the current world. If production and development fully apply software engineering theory and are strictly in accordance with the software life cycle, development costs or the project cycle is a serious challenge for the development of the units. Is it possible to find a common development model to solve these problems.In this paper, with B/S model, .NET platform, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, Attribute characteristic, XML and so on. This paper highlights a number of key technologies of automatic code generation, including the automatic extraction and applications of databases information, XML,XSL template structure and application and automatic code generation technologies which combining template. On this basis, this model serves as a basis for the development and practice of the student information management system.The automatic code generator is the core of constructing the development model of the common information systems. In practice, data entities category, data access layer, data service layer can be generated automatically based on different types of database. It also produces three-tier system, a simple web page and so on. It provides a complete set of standardized development of a template for software developers, greatly reduce the workload of manual writing code, improve the efficiency of the software development, ensure the quality of the software development, save project development cost and project development cycle.
