Currently the development and creation of the UAV's technology have been the focus in the eyes of researchers all over the world, with more and more important role UAV has played in the field of military, science, etc. How to supply the interior system of future UAV with a high-available control system has been one of the most emergent and major researching issues in those fields.One of the directions for the development of future UAV is that distributed intelligent modules in the UAV can co-optate with each other, instead of traditional central control method that must rely on just one flight control module, for the reason that traditional control system in the UAV can not fit in the needs of new-sytle UAV.In this paper, I proposed a high-available overlay network to afford control model to the interor systems of UAV. It can maintain the real-time, reliability, security of the UAV's interior systems for the development of the new-style UAV. Based on the analysis and study on the characteristics and design requirements of the new-style UAV, I discussed an overlay network model for the new-style UAV's interior systems from the aspects of overlay's topology, routing, self-organizing, self-adaptability and security. And Two-layers queueing netwoks theory is used for the theoretic analysis of the new-style UAV overlay networks. An overlay network model based on ring topology is established by accessing two critical capabilities:end-to-end transfer delay and bandwidth occupancy. Furthermore, Optimization is done in this ring topology of new-style UAV's overlay. Finally some mechanisms of routing and self-organizing and self-adaptation are deployed in this overlay.The overlay model can be served as a control and management model for the new-style UAV to make the interior systems of new-style UAV more real-time, reliable and safe.
