The wide applications of robots promote the research of robot, which can be integrated with other areas. Network is closely related to people's lives, so the combination of robot and network has become a hot topic in the research area of robots . Using the internet to control robots is not longer to control the remote machinery or equipment, but also towards controlling these complex robots. These robots have developed to be half-intelligent or intelligent. And these remote robots have widely utilized in center dangerous environment such as removing explosion, detection and so on.The robot is generally equipped with the video capture device when it is used in remote controlling, but traditional video capture devices'angle are very small, according to the plane lens, whose range is from 40°to 50°, so it only gets the local range of its front , it can not meet the requirements of wide range in the large blind spots. So in order to capture a larger field of view, the paper develops a remote control system which equipped with the omnidirection vision, the fisheye len sets on the robot, whose view range is 180°-360°.The system can get omnidirection vision at one time, so it can supply more infromation to the user. When the user enrolls the web, the server will code the realtime video information from the robot feedback and transfer to browser in terms of center protocols.Except improving the traditional model of video capture, the paper also analyzes C/S architecture model of the remote control, and puts forward B/S architecture model of developing the remote control system.Using the B/S model can visit websit without a special client. In order to intelligentize the robot, omni-directional vision navigation is added to the system based on the remote control. Through the remote control, the robot can track the targets according to the given beacons, and also achieve the purpose of self-positioning and teaching-playback navigation.
