Lighting is an important aspect in human consuming energy. Lighting accounted for about 20% of the world's energy consumption. Therefore, the research of Green energy-conserving lighting is more and more paid attention to. Because of the advantages of environmental protection, long life, high efficiency and so on. the research of LED is the focus of lighting area. It obtained a breakneck development in recent years. A lot of manpower and material resources are invested for the study in both at home and abroad.LED is the cold illuminant in low-pressure drive. Its performance is influenced by the environment. According to the poor performance problems of the current LED power. Taking attention to the reliability and improving power on expanding. Jobs in following are done in this article.Advantages, broad prospects and application situation of the LED are firstly introduced in this essay; secondly, the basic principle of glowing is recommended and also the relationships of the voltage, current and lighting power are analyzed, at the end. the comparison of Pulse drive and dc drive LED. By the analysis and comparison topologies of common LED switching power supply, the circuit structure form of flyback is put forward. Accurate calculation for each of the component parameters in the main circuit. Specific design for the important transformer is also done. LED switch power takes digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320F2812 as control core and achieves constant-current output through the PI adjustment regulation.Debugging is made after power installation. The debugging of control circuit includes hardware and software debugging. The debugging of main circuit is consisted of no-load debugging and load test. Experiments show that system is safe and reliable and also meets the design requirements.
