Ontology is mainly used to describe the relationship between concepts and concept, and in artificial intelligence, Web semantics, heterogeneous e-commerce and Web information processing and other fields has been very good application. But there are basically hand-built ontology, this is a tedious and hard work, the study on the automatic generation of ontology is necessary.This manual for the Medical Domain Ontology Construction of some of the issues, knowledge of electronic medical records data sources, focus on resolving the ontology automatically generated in the medical field, the three key issues-the concept of extracting the medical field, medical field, and the concept of relationship between the classification the extraction of non-classified relations problem, a medical clinic for automatic ontology generation system theory and technology.The main thesis as follows:First, the concept of the medical domain ontology automatically generated theory and technology.
