With the great improvement of people's living condition and the change of diet structure in recent years, cardiovascular disease is one of most serious diseases which threaten human's health, while arteriosclerosis is a physiological and pathological foundation of the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease. Therefore, prevention and diagnosis of arteriosclerosis have become an important research subject in the medical field. In the early period of arteriosclerosis, many cardiovascular parameters often have begun to change, so early detection of these cardiovascular parameters can forecast the cardiovascular disease and reduce the incidence and mortality of cardiovascular disease.This thesis based on LabVIEW, designs a arteriosclerosis intelligent analysis system with involving seven function modules:user login, patient information management, data sampling and display, data playback, feature extraction, arteriosclerosis intelligent analysis and remote network connection. First, the system uses VISA technology to complete the sampling and display of electrocardiograph (ECG) signal and pulse signal, and it also has the function of data analysis, storage and playback. Then using the combination of Lab VIEW and Matlab programming, it can complete the waveform pretreatment of the ECG signal and pulse signal, and extract the characteristic parameters which are related with arteriosclerosis, then still using Fuzzy C Means algorithm to verify the validity of parameters. On this basis, the parameters with better clustering result are chosen as the characteristic parameters for fuzzy neural network classification, so the degree of arteriosclerosis can be estimated and the automic classification of the arteriosclerosis can be realized. The fuzzy classification system is tested by the 40 samples in the built database, and a good recognized result is achieved. At last, this system can show that the basic information of patient, ECG waveform, pulse waveform, characteristic parameters and diagnosis, and support to print and web publishing. DataSocket technology can be used for data remote network transmission.
