| The qualities of documents saved in paper would get worse and worse as time pass by.It is a trend for us to sean them into images and then hold the digital files into computers.However, the images we get through scanning and photographing are double-column images and more or less the images are skew images.To achieve a higher ratio of recognize and a better reflection of the original dociuments,this article proposes a new way which is suitable for documents written vertically with bold frames.Firstly we analyze the structure of original document with the bold frames as entry point; secondly we should highlight the frames by image dilate technology: then we should collect the data of the mentioned frames by 8-neighbor tracking method; after that we get rake ratio by separating the data with dichotomy;finally we adjust the images in a horizontal direction with geometric deformable,vertical direction rotation and panning. |
