Rough set theory is a mathematical tool which can be used to process incomplete and unreliable data. The core theoretical basis is to use the upper approximate operator and the lower approximate operator to define such data. Pansystems theory is a theory which focuses on the generalized system, the generalized relations, transformation and the symmetry. As concrete forms of generalized systems, panweighted fields and panweighted networks are powerful theoretical tools which can be used to describe or research the essence of things. The paper focuses on some generalization research of the panweighted fields and the panweighted networks. Base on the generalized panweighted fields and the generalized panweighted networks, we induce different classification models and putforward the rough set theory.Firstly, on the basis of the generalized research of panweighted fields and panweighted networks, the paper gives the formal definitions of both the composite panweighted fields and the composite panweighted networks and discusses some characters of the panweights.Secondly, we define some operations on the composite panweighted fields and discuss the properties of the operations and put forward a tolerance degree measured compatibility relation rough set model. Then we construct a weighting multivalued decision system and discuss the attribute reduction and the decision rule. Finally, we define some operations on the composite panweighted networks. Base on such operations, we use the generalized pansystems operators to induce different compatibility partition according different connectivity. Then we construct the upper approximate set and the lower approximate set and discuss some properties.
