With the rapid development of the Internet, E-Learning has gradually become a very important ways of learning. The main study forms of E-Learning are individual self-learning and group cooperation learning. Compared with the traditional way of learning, the method of digital learning has rich resources, sharing information, free time and space and other advantages, but E-Learning also exists some shortages. As the network information are so rich, the learner may be lost. For example, they may can't find the usrful informantion, don't know how to choose to study in a logical sequence, do some repetitive work and so on. According to these phenomenon, this paper fully utilizes log data produced in network by users' learning behaviors. Through the analysis of the arrangement, this paper mines effective information from log data and displayes certain feedback to users. The main work of this paper are as follows:(1) The paper expounds the background of the E-Learning user behavior analysis. Through the literature material, analysis the current study status, found that some existing problems and puts forward this topic research content and meaning.(2) The paper briefly introduces the background knowledge and technology base of analysis the network learning behavior.(3) The paper focuses on the research and puts forward the behavior analysis of E-Learning user and application system model. Through the introduction of several common analysis methods, take the corresponding strategies, establish a model diagram of the system, and make a simple description of the structure.(4) The paper based on the above analysis of the model makes a requirement analysis and overall design for user behavior analysis system, and introduces the four main functional modules of this system in detail. The paper also sets up some data tables for each module on this basis.(5) The paper makes a Detailed description of implementation method for each of the major modules of the system, and gives the implementation framework in the background and the description of purpose of the tools module. Finally, the paper makes a application testing by integrating the function modules into platform, and every module can operate normally, the system has achieved the desired objectives. The characteristics of the paper are mainly embodied in the following respects:(1) The system makes a regular statistical analysis of the resources in the learning platform by using the TOP analysis and statistical analysis, and displayes the high-frequency access resources. The administrator can prompt understanding the use of resources, in order to make a configuration of the resources of system promptly.(2) The system is based on the user's log data, using correlation analysis method for analysis, making recommendations of related resources for users timely, in order to improve the efficiency of the users. These recommended resources which are visited by other users are rank higher in the heat.(3) The system can monitor the study visit behavior of users within a certain time based on log analysis. The administrator can supervise each user's learning behavior through this system, and keep track of each user to access the learning platform at any time.
