The information shows: the main function of most of the existing treatment for osteoporosis is to set the disease treatment after the doctor diagnosed, diagnosis and treatment are two separate areas, this will increase the patient's treatment time, it lacks of treatment evaluation function at the same time. If diagnosis, treatment and assessment can achieve integration in the treatment, the treatment therapy can achieve continuous adjustments according to results of the assessment process in order to make treatment more targeted, more effective treatment. Therefore, the proposed project on the treatment and evaluation for osteoporosis diagnosis is necessary and of research significance.Because of the incompleteness of the patient's medical record data, traditional methods of data processing are difficult to achieve accurate diagnosis. Neural network has strong tolerance of fault, its application in the system can improve diagnostic accuracy. The other systems can not match the ability to produce diagnostic results of medical diagnostic systems though learning system for medical diagnostic knowledge and the natural association based on neural network. This paper aims to establish a BP neural network diagnostic system which is used to diagnose osteoporosis disease and a evaluation system which can reflect the treatment effect of osteoporosis treatment system for patients, and the existing data is trained by, neural network, and then process simulation test, again diagnosis the disease and make a assessment of treatment for the case so that getting more accurate results of diagnosis and assessment. The results were sent to the treatment system and saved which provided a basis for the next assessment, so the system can improve and perfect continuously. In this process, BP neural network and the principles of database access were discussed in detail, and BP algorithm is improved by the GA-BP algorithm. The patient data samples are collected in General Hospital of LanZhou Military Region as the input data of a system with a reliable BP network, the simulation results show that the establishment of the diagnosis and assessment of BP network is feasible. The Matlab simulation network model of the GA-BP algorithm is given at the same time. The results of a simple BP network model and GA-BP network model were compared to verify the advantage of using genetic algorithm to optimize the BP network. The establishment and update of the access system take advantage of the use of LabSQL tool in LabVIEW, and thus to achieve convenient and efficient operation of the database. LabVIEW software and Matlab can comprehensively improve the accuracy and the ease of operation of the instrument. Based on LabVIEW8.6 the platform, the database of calls and data exchange with the Matlab7.0, BP network is also designed with Matlab7.0 to achieve the final diagnosis system to constantly improve the database for the purpose to achieve more accurate and more reasonable treatment of patients and treatment assessment for osteoporosis.
