The development of the internet of things provides a great market for the future communication industry. M2M technology became the main form of the internet of things, while as an application entity of the internet of things. With the development of M2M, the network in M2M will have great impact and influence.In this paper, we mainly solve the problem how CDMA2000 could meet the large transport business as the M2M network domain when M2M was used widely. By the study of M2M technology and CDMA2000, we did a lot of experiments to research the subject. The main tasks include so many things such as:summarize the M2M services to get the four data models of M2M in network transmission; make the corresponding model software as the virtual client; test the different values of dormant timer, the initial power threshold value of reverse traffic channel out-loop, the initial offset threshold value of access channel open-loop power control, DRC Length and so on; then we analyzed the influence of different parameter values in every models though the experimental data; finally, we summary and proposed the optimization program and practice standard of CDMA2000.The topic in this paper is a prospective study, and the experiment is pioneering. We need to be rigorous from constructing the M2M platform to building the wireless environment. The experimental data after demonstration is considerable persuasive. This research will provide a authoritative technology solution for using M2M service in CDMA2000.
