In today's rapid development of the information age, along with the rapid development of wireless technology, wireless business more and more abundant. However, the increasing radio users make the spectrum resources in more and more short supply. The current wireless network usually adopts static spectrum allocation strategy, this scheme makes the certain frequencies overload used, such as the mobile phone network band segment. But quite many frequencies are not sufficiently used, such as the amateur wireless frequencies. Cognitive radio is considered to be a potential way to solve the problem with the low-utilization of spectrum resources.Cognitive radio can be understood as a kind of intelligent wireless communication system, it is through the cognitive ability and reconfigurability to get the best available spectrum. Spectrum sensing, spectrum analysis and spectrum judgement are the three main steps of the cognitive radio system, spectrum sensing is the first important step. The widely used method of spectrum sensing technology is the transmitter detection. This detection technology includes matched-filter detection, energy detection and cyclostationarity feature detection. Noise signal is stationary signal, so cyclostationarity feature sensing technology compared with the other detection technologies can more accurately distinguish noise signal. Meanwhile each modulation signal has its own cyclostationarity properties, so cyclostationarity feature detection can identify modulation users more accurately than other detection methods. This article presents a new spectrum allocation scheme based on the existing spectrum allocation scheme which is in the basis of the cyclostationarity. Then take three widely used digital signals for example to make a simulation and analysis its respectively cyclostationarity and the cyclostationarity under the influence of noise signals. Prove the feasibility and correctness of the new spectrum allocation scheme, explain that the primary users of the scheme will not get interference, and the transmission spectrum efficiency can be improved.
