The Key Technologies Research On Intrusion Detection Of Wireless Mesh Network

Wireless mesh network was developed from Ad hoc network, and it has a very broad application prospect. Besides, network security research for wireless mesh network has a very urgent need. So this topic has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, we put forward an Intrusion Detection Model in WMN based on support vector machine (SVM). This model is used to comprehensive detect network attack. Besides, Feature Detect Module is integrated into this Intrusion Detection System (IDS), which used to aid the work of SVM Detection Module. And then, combined with part contents of Hybrid mesh Routing (HMR) protocol, we discussed in detail the role and effect of each module of the IDS in defending the network attacks.Finally, based on KDD CUP 1999 set and LIBSVM, Distributed SVM IDS model was put forward in this paper. And then, we simulated this model and proved the theory of this paper.
