Build a virtual environment using the data glove is very popular because of it's low cost, easy to implement and powerful sense of immersion, but the low-price data glove dose not have wrist positioning tracking devices, can not provide the position and manpower attitude information in the space,what make it limited to build finger structures Roaming environment, and build a virtual assembly environment can not be applied. In this paper, the spatial location and attitude of the data glove can be real-time captured at the base of a pair of ordinary webcam, which make the use of low-end web camera low-end data glove to built a strong immersive virtual assembly environment possible.The work of this paper is divided into two aspects:one aspect is about the study of the tracking of moving objects based of the video image, achieve automatic tracking of moving targets by improving tracking algorithms, and with the improved version of the background difference method combined, greatly improve the accuracy of moving target tracking system based on CamShift algorithm, and then realized the dual camera spatial position of moving targets in real-time detection, and point positioning by space model is improved to solve Flexible objects in the space of real-time capture posture problems; the other is to build a data glove-based virtual gesture interaction system, anatomical model by staff and finger kinematics equation analysis, a simple model of hand was built by 3 DM AX and imported into the virtual scene built with DirectX3D,forethemore, achieve the mapping of virtual hand and mankind hand through by Data Glove.In the last of this paper, on the platform of VS2008, using VC++ to build a virtual gesture interaction platform, moving object spatial position and attitude detection module and the virtual gesture interaction module were combined, and then collision detection module was added into the virtual scene, at last, "the gestures roaming" and "manually building blocks with virtual hand" were done to prove the stability and real time of this platform can meet virtual assembly requirements.
